Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern your use of IronMeshVPN. Qualified legal counsel should review them before you rely on them as final legal text.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and IronMeshVPN for access to our VPN service, website, and customer dashboard. By creating an account, completing checkout, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

IronMeshVPN provides encrypted VPN connectivity using WireGuard® and related account, billing, and device management tools. Features, server locations, and plan limits may change over time as described on our website and in your dashboard.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, including a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
One account is for your personal or authorized organizational use according to your plan. Do not share credentials beyond what your plan allows.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use IronMeshVPN to:

Violate applicable law or infringe the rights of others.
Attack, probe, or disrupt networks, systems, or other users.
Send spam, malware, or abusive traffic.
Attempt to bypass service limits, security controls, or device restrictions.
Resell, sublicense, or operate the service for unauthorized commercial use unless we agree in writing.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the service and other customers.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are sold on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan until you cancel.
Prices, features, and plan names shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Taxes may apply where required.
You can manage payment methods, view invoices, and cancel renewal through the billing portal linked from your dashboard after sign-in.
Canceling stops future billing cycles. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges except as described in our Refund Policy.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our standalone Refund Policy. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Termination and suspension

You may stop using the service at any time and cancel renewal through the billing portal.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, abuse the service, or if we reasonably believe continued access poses legal, security, or operational risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may disable VPN configurations associated with your account.

Disclaimers

IronMeshVPN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, compatibility with every network or application, or that the service will meet every use case. VPN connectivity depends on your device, network, and third-party infrastructure outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IronMeshVPN and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to IronMeshVPN for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if you have not paid anything, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limits apply only to the extent allowed by law.

Changes to the service and these Terms

We may modify features, pricing, server availability, or these Terms as the product evolves. When we update these Terms, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
